Because of the spreading green movement which takes place throughout the entire world more and more green products are being used in the detriment of the regular ones. The energy makes no exception. The fossil fuels used so far have proven to be an extremely important factor in the evolution of the human kind




Because of it we have cars, electricity, and all the other good things that make life so much easier and comfortable for us. The fossil fuels helped us improved certain aspects of our lives, but in the same time it worsened some. Pollution if one of the biggest effects of using the fossil fuels, as they are very damaging to the nature, thus damaging to the human life. Also, because the fossil fuels have been used in excess for the past tens of years they have reached a depleting point.

An alternative to these damaging fossil fuels is the green energy. I am going to give you the green energy definition: the green energy, or renewable energy, or sustainable energy, is that type of energy which is non-polluting to the nature. We could call it as being eco-friendly

The green energy is obtained from the natural resources of the earth such as the sun, the water, the wind, and so on. The main task when using the green energy is to be able to fulfill the needs of the current generation without causing any damages to the next ones. Green energy’s prime objective is to reduce the air pollution, as the air suffers the most consequences from the usage of regular fossils.

The green energy definition says that there are several advantages when using green sources of energy, besides the ones related to the environment which I already mentioned. This type of energy is very beneficial from an economical point of view because it reduces the amount of money required for electric bills, water bills, and so on. The initial costs of installing a green energy facility might be pretty high, but in time it will be absorbed.

The maintenance when using such sources of energy will be reduced as well, which is an extra benefit. Now, you need to know that there are some disadvantages as well when it comes to the renewable energy. The green energy is not consistent as it relies mostly on the nature elements

For example a wind turbine will operate only in the areas where the wind has a certain speed. A solar panel requires sunlight in order to function properly, and even if the sun is on they sky there are days when it is cloudy, which means that the panels will be useless. Another disadvantage is the fact that these facilities can’t be installed anywhere, only in the places where they could use the elements to the full potential.
