Who said green and technology cannot be put in the same sentence? Who said that technology cannot go green to prevent the distruction of the environment and massive pollution which affects our daily life? Let me tell you, engineers have become so obsessed with going green and creating a better place for the future, that they’ve invested thousands of billions into green technologies and break-through. And due to these researches, people now can buy from almost all corners of the US green products, such as fruits, vegetables, lamps, lights, clothes and basically everything you can imagine.

And, because of that, most people now realize that we all must make changes for a better future and a greener environment, still, without sacrificing the nice little conveniences we live with these days and we all take for granted. Another joyful news is that many companies have finally embraced the green movement and have started building and making products that are more green than itheir predecessors, so, which are also better. This is why I now dare you to step up into a new world, the world of green tech products, which is for now, more like a plan but, hopefully, in the near future will become a state of living for all of us.

The best product to be called in the line is the “Blue Earth” Solar Powered Full-touch Screen smart phone. The Blue Earth Phone was the first full touch screen phone to be solar  powered and it consists of a solar panel on the back of the phone, so users will  be able to make calls anytime and anywhere, as long as the battery holds. The device is made from recycled plastic called PCM, plastic extracted mainly from water bottles. And, as you might already deduct, the interface was designed to bring awareness and attention to preserving the existing nature. Some pretty cool functions of the new smart phone include the “eco walk” function which allows users to count their steps with an in-build pedometer, calculating how much noxes and CO2 emissions were cut by walking instead of chosing a motor vehicle transportation.

And if you think this is not cool enough for the eco trend, the feature also allows you to calculate the value of the footprints through the number of saved trees. On top of that, the phone also comes with a fully recycled package, small and light, made out of recycled paper, which is, of course, 100% eco friendly. Job well done to the Samsung engineers for bringing to the world this fully operational phone, which will demonstrate, for sure, that you don’t have to sacrifice technology and smart applications only to be eco-friendly and help building a greener nature.
