These types of appliances use far less energy than the regular ones but they cost more than their regular counterparts.

The same goes with the cleaning or personal product. Buy the ones which have the “green certificate” because they are better both for you and for the environment. You can even make these types of products yourself which means that you will also save money. Vinegar, baking soda, these are just some of the components of a home-made cleaning product. The regular ones contain certain harmful toxins which can damage your health and which can pollute the environment.
