A&C Green Energy is a company that has as motto “Renewable Energy for Life”. I think that by now you imagine what is the purpose of this company; to create a green environment. They use wind turbines and allow individuals and companies to benefit of the wind power, wherever they are. This company is specialized in manufacturing and integrating small wind systems in North America, Central America and Asia. We must not forget Australia, Africa and Europe. The wind turbines that this company creates and sells are encountered on 6 continents, as you have read.

If you're starting to build a green company, that will use the wind power, you have to take into consideration this company from where you can get your wind turbines, that come along with a warranty of 6 years. The products sold by this company are Talon Wind Turbines, Power Inverters and Power Max+ Wind Turbines. I will discuss about each and every one of these products in the next sentences.

The first turbine is sold in 4 versions: Talon 2, Talon 5, Talon 10 and Talon 30. The numbers that I have just mention represent the power in watts. For example the first one uses a 2000 W constant power and the second one, a 5000 W constant power. All of the products that I have mentioned now use the Variable Pitch Technology. I will discuss about this type of technology in another article. Right now, I want to present these products instead. The maximum power output of the first Talon 2 turbine is 2500 W. This turbine is ideal for small and medium barns and ranches. The maximum power of the second turbine is of 5400 W. The third one, which has a constant power of 10000 W, can reach up to 12500 watts, the maximum power. And obviously, the last of the products uses 30000 W constant power but it is available to use 32000 W maximum power.

The Power Max+ turbines have a maximum power output which is larger than of the products presented earlier. There are 2 versions in this case. The first one is Power Max+ 20kW, that has a maximum power output of 23 kW and the second one is Power Max+ 25kW with a maximum power output of 29.8 kW.

The power inverters are as follows: the first one is Power One Aurora, the second one is SMA windy boy series, then we have Outback and Power Max+ off-grid power inverters.

I will present 5 new green jobs that are available on the greencareersguide.com. They are not only new, because they were just released by their companies who want to hire new personnel, but they are also new in the field of green energy.

The first green job is the wind farm electrical systems designer. This person is responsible for designing, obviously, testing and implementing the electrical systems that are available in a wind farm. These persons have to inspect the construction of the electrical system and of the wind farm itself.

Then we have a wind turbine machinist, whose job is to specialize in the production of plastic and metal components that will be used in the creation of a wind turbine. This is not necessarily considered a green job, but because it is related to the wind power, lately it was thought that it can be included in this category.

The third green job presented in this article is the solar fabrication technician. This is a very important position, because this person is the one that assembles the solar panels, that will provide your energy, as long as you will use solar panels in your house or for your company. The solar technician that is searched for on the site that I have mentioned at the beginning of this article is required in industrial constructions, not in residential homes, whose people have more money than the average.

Another job related to the solar energy is the solar operation engineer, close job is to be an architect of the new solar energy facilities. This persons actually design how the new solar systems will work. Needless to say that they inspect and supervise all of the alterations that occur during the construction.

The solar lab technician is the last position, that I will present. This position is located in the Research and Development department in a solar energy company. For this job, you must have a higher degree of technical knowledge and great abilities of working with solar panels and troubleshooting them. You need to understand how the standard photovoltaic solar cells convert sunlight into electricity and, at the same time, you have to be ready to create applications of the concept earlier mentioned.

I don't know how many green jobs are in the world, but I'm pretty sure that their number is higher than 5 million. Also if you think that the job of an engineer is considered a green job only because that engineer works in the solar energy field or in the wind energy field, you can have more than 10 million jobs in the green field.

Today I want to present 3 possible green jobs, that can be your escape, if you want to be greener for the rest of your life. I mean, you throw your garbage at a specialized waste, you are attentive every time your dog or cat does something when you walk them on the street, you are very careful with the products that you eat, so why not be attentive with your own job and reduce your carbon footprint is much as you can?

This is why the first position that I will present is the solar hot water installer. Even if the name of this available position, they can find if you access this site, seems like the name of an equipment or something, I can assure you that this is the name of a free position offered by a certain company. But what are the responsibilities of a person who is going to be a solar hot water installer? You will need to harness the power of our Sun and its radiations in order to heat the water and the spaces, so that the individual users and the companies to benefit of some green energy.

The next position is the solar radiant heating installer. The solar thermal energy is also known as radiant heating system. The solar electric power uses photovoltaic cells when it transforms the radiations into electricity. The person who is seeked in order to occupy this free position, is going to pump water into the solar panels and make them to be hot and extremely hot, that hot that they will generate energy. So the position is related to the first version of the solar energy, the solar radiant heating energy.

A very interesting job is the one of an arborist. This person is in direct relationship with trees and plants. His job is to protect the forest, by working together with the foresters. Until we will reach 5 million new green jobs every year, we can at least try to do something on ourselves for our planet that we inhabit. And we can search for alternatives sources of income and at the same time do something good for ourselves and for the environment. Trust me, if you have kids, they will love your new activity. You can become for example a solar panel installer. You have to do several trainings and go to some courses, but you are smart enough to be a solar panel installer. There is no rocket science in installing a solar panel. Plus, you can start with your own house, or with your own company, if you have one. In this way, you will reduce your costs with electricity and the current electric bill is going to be lower.

I have selected the Green Jobs category to see what are these jobs and in which fields. First of all, you will see the categories in which you can work and then the available positions. At first, there are presented some hot green jobs and only after that, there are presented some other jobs of which the people, who are trying to find a green job, is not that interested. For example, the additional careers that can be followed in green energy field are not that popular, simply because they are additional jobs, they are not main jobs; those people who have additional or auxiliary jobs and which help very much a company, usually are not that respected by other people, thinking that they do not provide something that can bring you profits. And here, I speak about the auxiliary personnel that is dealing with the cleaning of the offices and buildings. Do you find your office clean every morning? Are your sheets of paper, that you have thrown to the garbage, away from the garbage can? If so, it means that the auxiliary personnel is doing their jobs.

There is nothing shameful about this. I will speak more about this subject in a future article because I have to clarify some things with some people that think that being included in the auxiliary personnel, is shameless.

Then we have the organic farming, geothermal energy, automotive industry, environmental science, transport, natural or green building, conservation, sustainability, biofuels and more. I have spoken in my previous article about the green living in Oregon and I would like to continue that article because I have something to say about the Mosier green living as well. In the first article I have spoken only about the Independence Station green living.

Now I will speak about the green community that is formed in Mosier. First of all you should know that this location is placed in the northern Oregon and it is a truly green community.

This is a small town which has less than 500 inhabitants. The lifestyle of the inhabitants and the scenic views have made this town to be a proper solution for those who want to create a green community. The green community that is encountered here is made of around 34 units. We talk here about 22 townhomes and 12 flats. This data is provided directly from this site. If you leave in Mosier and the information are not correct, you should know that I have taken them directly from this site.

The townhomes are about of 1500 ft.² (this means only the living space) and 300 ft.² (represented by decks). The flats are smaller in dimensions, they being of around 770 square feet, leaving space and 80 ft.² decks. The floors are made of bamboo hardwoods and the appliances of stainless steel. This is a green development center in the Northwest of Oregon.

I read more about the first community and I saw that with high tech green building techniques you can create a sustainable development center. This community provides a central location for those seeking for condos and high-class offices. This is one of the first green development center. There are several tools that allow you to monitor your carbon footprint; luckily for us, the people who use computers more than we see the blue sky, these tools come from the Internet: MakeMeSustainable.com, Edison International, Snap CO2 Saver, The Carbon Footprint Calculator at the Nature Conservancy. These tools measure how much CO2 is going into the environment; they do not teach you what to do in case you want to reduce this type of footprint, but I have already mentioned in this article and in many others that I have written before it, what are the possible ways that can generate the improvement of the environment.
