These devices or appliances do exactly the same job that the regular ones can do but by using far less energy. There are also same devices which save a lot of water such as the low-flow heads which can be used for kitchen and bathroom sinks and showers.

You don’t have to pay too much money in order to live the green life and in order to turn your home green. There are many simple changes which you can do and which are very effective in the same time. For example instead of using a drier, why don’t you hang your clothes on a cloth line? Or instead of using an air conditioner why don’t you open all the windows from your home? A simple and efficient way to protect the environment is to create your own cleaning products. You might not know this but the regular cleaning products are full of toxins and harmful chemicals which might cause health problems, not to mention the fact that they are very harmful for the environment.

As you can see the small green homes can be a great mean of saving the environment and to save some money in the process.
